David A. Yount, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S. is Board Certified in foot surgery. As a Fellow of the American College of Foot Surgeons, he is currently on staff at all Des Moines hospitals and surgery centers. Yount also served as residency director and chairman of the podiatric department at a local hospital.
A published author and accomplished lecturer in the areas of medical and surgical podiatric issues, Dr. Yount has over 18 years of experience and is
residency trained.
A Des Moines native, Dr. Yount graduated from Des Moines College of Podiatric Medicine in 1989, and is currently married with four children.
Dr. Jana Poock, D.P.M. graduated from Wartburg College in 1997 with a bachelors degree in biology. She continued her education at Scholl College of podiatric medicine where she received her DPM degree. She then completed a 2 year surgical residency at DePaul Health Center in St. Louis, MO, where she received advanced training in foot and ankle surgery.
She is currently on staff at all Des Moines hospitals and select surgery centers. She is a published author in the field of podiatric medicine.
She was born and raised in the Des Moines area, where she currently resides with her husband and three children.
